1. Booking & Payment: Secure your spot at Abstratics Studio by making a booking request at least 72 hours in advance. Your rental is confirmed only once full payment is made within 72 hours of your scheduled date.
2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, please note that there are no refunds or carry-forward options available.
3. Time is of the Essence: Arrive on time to maximize your creative session! To ensure fairness to all our clients, time extensions are not provided for tardiness. We kindly ask that you vacate the studio promptly to allow the next booking or class to begin on schedule.
4. Extra Hours: Need a little more time? No problem! Extra hours can be arranged by paying for the additional time. Extensions are subject to availability, so make sure to plan ahead!
5. Food & Beverages: While we want you to stay energized, we ask that only water be brought into the studio during rehearsals or auditions. Let's keep the space clean and focused on creativity!
6. Footwear Policy: To protect the studio’s surfaces and keep things professional, please avoid wearing hard-soled shoes like heels, boots, or street shoes. Come dressed for comfort and creativity!
7. Substance-Free Zone: Abstratics Studio is a safe and inspiring environment for all. Clients under the influence of any toxic substances will not be permitted to use the space.
8. Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all, smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the studio. Let’s keep the air as fresh as your ideas!
9. Damage Responsibility: While we want you to enjoy your time here, we kindly ask that clients take responsibility for any damages that occur during their rental period. Any damage caused must be compensated accordingly.
10. Safety First: While we provide a creative and inspiring space, please note that Abstratics is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during your rental. Clients use the space at their own risk.
11. Personal Property: While we do our best to keep things secure, Abstratics is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Keep your personal belongings safe and sound during your visit!
